The challenge#
Individual Kicks is a sneaker wholesale business where procurement, inventory management, and sales ran in three separate systems. The team spent hours daily struggling with manual data synchronization, price calculations, and document generation.
A unique challenge: the company works in three currencies (HUF, EUR, USD), and exchange rates change daily.
The solution#
We built 9 n8n workflows that cover the entire business process.
Procurement#
The AI processes supplier price lists (Excel, PDF, email), extracts product data, and automatically calculates prices in all three currencies using the current exchange rate.
Inventory management#
A barcode-based system: every product receives a unique barcode for instant identification. Inventory syncs in real time between the Shopify webshop and Airtable.
Sales#
The Shopify webshop automatically updates with current stock and prices. When an order comes in, the system generates the purchase agreement, updates the inventory, and notifies the warehouse.
The result#
The team can now dedicate the time freed from operations to procurement and client relationships. Price calculations are accurate, inventory is always current, and documents are generated automatically.
